You are the reason we are here, and we have enjoyed supporting, promoting and celebrating the meaningful impact you make every day to the health and wellbeing of our community.
A major highlight this year which we shared, was the exciting news that MTPConnect will continue to expand its activities in South Australia through the Adelaide Intermediary Program for a further three-year term. This continuation is made possible through the strong support and funding provided by the Government of South Australia.
At its core, the Adelaide Intermediary Program is about supporting, connecting and empowering South Australia’s health innovation ecosystem, and since commencing in 2022, we know we are stronger together.

Through these targeted activities, we have seen new companies formed, investment attracted, deals done, revenues generated and jobs created, alongside the continued growth of exceptional people and organisations across the sector.
Beyond AIP, we are proud to also support the delivery of the Industry Doctoral Training Centre PhD+ Program in biomanufacturing, in partnership with the Department of State Development and South Australia’s universities.
Earlier this year, we also launched the Adelaide Life Science Gateway program for the Adelaide Economic Development Agency, positioning Adelaide as a global hub for medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical innovation, and helping to accelerate economic activity in the City of Adelaide.
We are incredibly grateful for the positive feedback we continue to receive from industry and stakeholders about the impact of this work.
