With extensive experience spanning multiple sectors—from health and life sciences to mining and government—Pia brings a unique combination of strategic vision, stakeholder relations and operational excellence to deliver impactful events with communications and marketing expertise both locally and globally, navigating diverse cultural contexts and managing complex event logistics across time zones.

Most recently Pia was Program Operations and Event Specialist for BHP’s Xplor Program, a global accelerator and professional development program for early-stage mineral exploration companies. Previously, Pia was with MTPConnect for several years as Engagement and Communications Manager, Adelaide Intermediary Program. Rejoining MTPConnect in South Australia, Pia is supporting event activities and program operations.

Pia is passionate about empowering others, championing collaboration, and creating platforms that enable individuals and organisations to succeed. She holds a Diploma of Business Management and Marketing and has facilitated and delivered event certification training.
