BIO-Europe Spring – Lisbon, Portugal
Site Visit Program Switzerland, 19 -20 March 2026
Austrade and Global Victoria are leading a delegation to BIO-Europe Spring in Lisbon, Portugal which is Europe’s largest springtime Health and Life Sciences partnering event, attracting over 3,700 attendees across the biotechnology sector to identify, engage, and enter into strategic relationships that drive their businesses forward.
MTPConnect is seeking expressions of interest from start-ups, universities and research institutes, service providers and government to attend a two-day site visit program in Switzerland, prior to the conference in Lisbon. Please note, there is a clash of dates with ACTI events in Germany, so this site visit program will be tailored for organisations listed above and will be similar in delivery to MTPConnect’s popular site visit program hosted annually at BIO. We will meet with multinational biotech/ pharmaceutical companies, incubators and investors during the program.
Expressions of interest close 31 January 2026, whereupon we will make a final decision if the site visit goes ahead.

BIO KOREA Conference

South Korea is Australia’s fourth largest two-way trading partner and is an emerging leader in life sciences. MTPConnect has inked an MoU with the Korean Government (through Korean Health Industry Development Institute) and is working to expand cooperation and opportunities for Australian companies.
